Blur is a brash and loudmouthed gamer, and certainly unlike any other female gamer seen in AES before. Her personality is also something very different as well, but don't let that fool you. At Beyond Anarchy Wrestling Episode One, Blur defeated Stheno in one on one competition, proving that Blur is not all talk. Her impressive debut has earned her a spot on this show. Can she be the last one standing in this six player Melee? Perhaps in her own unique way, she has that experience.
Speaking of Stheno, she is our second participant. Whilst unsuccessful against Blur, her intimidating presence in both BAW and ZPW can send chills down anyone's spine. Fuelled by her jealously over the beauty of others, her motivation is to take that very beauty from everyone else. The fans should not expect anything less than a brutal fighting style out of Stheno, especially with her very unorthodox claw submission. She'll need it in this hectic match, but if anyone can take the brutality it will be Stheno.
Violet Knight's time as a Police Officer was very short lived due to being to forceful and violent, but some would say that is essential in wrestling. With a knowledge of different fighting styles, some have picked her as their favourite to win. If she uses it to adapt to the different style around her in this match, she could very well be the one to have her hand raised when it's all over.
As a kid, Emmy Bancroft got kicked out of schools frequently due to her blatant disregard for the rules. As an adult, she turned to wrestling. This is another woman that fits right in with this industry and this match and her unpredictable moves could catch everyone else off guard. Emmy is someone you can pick out of a crowd and if she is able to win this match, AES will never forget her name.
Sanako Asano has perhaps had the most success out of everyone else in this match, already with championship gold around her waist. The CFPW Television Champion has already taken AES Legend Shaymin to the limit in the first few months of her AES career and doesn't look to be losing her championship any time soon. If she can keep her head in the game and use what made her a success in Japan, then she has the potential to dominate this match and be the winner.
Wildcard. Influence unpredictable, qualities uncertain. Not much is known about the past of CNW's New ACES! star, but what is known is that she's fiery and reckless, a trait that has the potential to steamroll through the competition. Whether she debuts at A Journey Through Time or elsewhere, it is clear that Wildcard will make the most out of this opportunity and will take what she wants without any apologies. It would be unwise to take an opportunity away from her.
MATCH SIX: HELL IN A CELL
Jay Gunn vs. Groudon
Jay Gunn recently returned to our screens with only one thing in mind. Revenge on the man that took him out of action longer than he had anticipated and denied him a chance of winning the World Freestyle League Heavyweight Championship again. Three years after that chokeslam through the ring, Jay Gunn is coming to collect.
Jay Gunn is a fighter, meaning that if anyone can shake off that ring rust, it's him. At NOW 12, Jay Gunn was standing tall after his brawl with Groudon, something not many are able to do.
However, if what we saw from the new Groudon at Over The Top is going to be a more frequent image around here, then Jay Gunn could very well be in trouble. On the other hand, Jay knows what he's getting himself into and is not backing down, and that is key to surviving Groudon. The question is this: Will the cell contain both of them? This match is not for the faint of heart.
