Eternity is well and truly behind us now. The suitcases are packed, the boot is loaded and the driver lost his flipping car keys again. Yes, it's time to get back on the road, with our next destination being the third pay-per-view, World Long Gone. And at Episode 8, a match was set in stone for the show, while another was effectively set up.
Noxi and Crypto have had subdued times in TDW so far but the two got themselves big wins at the last show. While Crypto overcame @ZappKanon, Killa Komainu and Jackson Douglas in the Kerfuffle! Showcase, Noxi defeated Goruden Callahan. Now these two fearsome ladies clash at Episode 9 but who will walk out victorious?
In stranger incidents, reports have surfaced that after the show, Dirk Derek drunkenly shouted down Canadian Dragon for "stealing his TV". The Canadian superstar has repeatedly insisted that is not the case but Dirk had none of it. The two agreed to a match at Episode 9, with the winner keeping the television.
Ricky D'Amore and Kittie Katz are flying high after defeating The Posse Protection Agency last show and now they have a chance to put away another tag team in Team LEWD. Which duo will come out on top and what will the Posse Protection Agency do about their defeat?
Bodacious Bo has been rolling along nicely so far. He's won both matches he's appeared in so far and earned himself a now-digested Fish on a Plaque. And now, he gets yet another match while he aims to have the situation with the plaque resolved. El Mericano is looking to ruin Bo's winning start and get himself back on board in TDW. However, many people bolieve that Fish on a Plaque winner will go three and Bo. Can El Mericano prove the Bolievers wrong?
The Hatventurers may have been celebrating their newly obtained titles at Episode 8 but now, the fun is over. While the Blast Beats Champions must now focus on who'll be challenging them in their first defence, they must focus on the challenge awaiting them. Derrick Brizen may have unleashed some of his fury on Blues but he forms The House That Hell Built once more with Darby Brizen, as he aims to strongarm his way into a title shot in TDW. Will the tag champions suffer their first defeat as a tag team or will they show the Brizens exactly why they have the gold?
Episode 8 was highly eventful for TDW Six String Champion La Red Dinamica
and Devon Callahan. La Red's celebrations were spoiled by Erika Reinhardt and a returning Sterling Pierce, while Devon showed up to stand up to Erika. Later in the night, the two had an excellent match and Bill Atlas has ordered a rematch. Now that Devon is in the hunt for La Red's title, will this drive her to hand La Red her first defeat in TDW or will the champion overcome Devon once more? The stakes are high, don't miss this one!
And speaking of Six String challengers, Sterling Pierce is back and ready to go for the gold he was inches away from back at Panic Attack, where he last wrestled in TDW. The Brilliantly Insane convict faces the lovable blob of funk, Fatty McYardtard, who aims to keep his momentum up after winning with Rey Columpio on Kerfuffle! Can Sterling win on his return match or will Fatty spoil Sterling's night?
And in tonight's pulsating main event, The Clark Walker Gauntlet continues with its second night. General Manager Bill Atlas organised the gauntlet where if Clark made it through the 3 opponents, strewn across 3 shows, then he would be able to face Marty Jannetty for the TDW Guitar Warrior Championship. However, if Clark Walker loses, then the one who defeats him gets that match instead. Clark Walker defeated Erika Reinhardt in a fierce match but his next opponent is unknown. Bill has stated he will announce the opponent at the start of the show but will this unknown entity prove too much for Clark? Find out all of this and more at TDW: Episode 9!
